These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of graphenephone.com.
Graphene Phone sells Google Pixel smartphones with GrapheneOS pre-installed, configured, and verified. Each device ships with:
Graphene Phone is an independent reseller and installer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of the GrapheneOS project or Google LLC.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is accepted when you receive an email order confirmation from us.
We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, if a product is out of stock, or if there is an error in pricing or product description. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your shipping jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Each device requires 3–5 business days for GrapheneOS installation, configuration, and hardware attestation verification before it can ship. After that, standard domestic shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–14 business days.
International orders may take longer depending on customs processing in the destination country. Graphene Phone is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but only on devices returned in pristine, like-new condition. The device must show absolutely no signs of use — zero scratches, scuffs, or wear on the screen, body, or corners. Original packaging and all accessories must be included and undamaged. Devices that show any signs of use, physical wear, or damage will not be accepted for return. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the device before shipping it back.
Conditions for return:
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Devices showing any signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Devices are sold as-is with respect to the hardware manufacturer's warranty (Google). GrapheneOS installation does not void the hardware warranty on Pixel devices.
We do not provide an additional hardware warranty beyond what Google offers for Pixel devices. Software (GrapheneOS) is open-source and provided without warranty as described in its license.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING THE DEVICES OR SOFTWARE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graphene Phone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
