Shipping Information

How Your Order is Fulfilled

Unlike a standard phone purchase, every Graphene Phone order goes through a multi-step preparation process before it ships. We source the device, install and verify GrapheneOS, and perform hardware attestation — all before your order leaves our hands.

Order Received

Your order is confirmed and payment is processed. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.

Device Sourced

We source your Pixel device from Google or an authorized retailer. For in-stock models this is same-day or next-day.

GrapheneOS Installed & Configured (1–2 days)

We flash the latest verified GrapheneOS release using the official web installer, re-lock the bootloader, and configure default privacy settings.

Hardware Attestation Verified (1 day)

We run the Auditor app to confirm verified boot is locked and device integrity is confirmed via Titan M2 hardware. You receive a copy of the attestation result.

Packaged & Shipped

Your device is packed in tamper-evident packaging with the printed setup guide. A tracking number is emailed to you when the label is created.

Total processing time: 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Domestic US Shipping

All domestic orders ship free. We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package weight, selected automatically via EasyPost for the best rate.

Note: These are transit times after the device ships. Add 3–5 business days for processing. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–14 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. We are actively working to expand this list.

Graphene Phone is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International orders may be held for inspection — this is normal and outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

Carriers

We use EasyPost as our shipping platform, which routes your shipment through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best available service for your address. You do not need to create an account with any carrier to track your package — the tracking link in your email is direct.

Address Requirements

To update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order at [email protected] with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Packages showing "delivered" in the carrier's tracking system but not received should be reported to both us and the carrier within 3 days of the listed delivery date.
