Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, all sales are final. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
The device must be returned in pristine, like-new condition. We conduct a thorough inspection upon receipt.
If your device arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will replace defective units at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage in your initial message so we can process your replacement quickly.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend shipping via a trackable method with insurance coverage equal to the value of the device. Graphene Phone is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.
